Urban to Contemporary
In this program, we address several key points that can help dancers of any discipline build an approach to contemporary dance. Nevertheless, the goal is not to provide technical learning. Rather, it is to provide keys that can help each dancer use their own background and influences to develop and sensitize their practice through experimentation. We will analyze and experiment with several parameters in order to open up a maximum of possibilities of expression. Our research will then be oriented towards the work of structure, the other, intention, space and writing.
De L’URBAIN AU CONTEMPORAIN

Dans ce programme, nous nous abordons plusieurs points clés qui peuvent aider les danseurs de toute discipline à construire une approche de la danse contemporaine. Néanmoins, le but n’est pas de fournir un apprentissage technique. Mais de fournir des clés qui peuvent aider chaque danseur à utiliser son propre parcours et ses influences pour développer et sensibiliser sa pratique par l’expérimentation. Nous analyserons et expérimenterons plusieurs paramètres afin d’ouvrir un maximum de possibilités d’expression. Notre recherche s’orientera alors vers le travail de la structure, de l’autre, de l’intention, de l’espace et de l’écriture.
